Ashok Saxena is a non-corrupt, honest, Senior Police Officer. He is the descendant in a line of Police Officers who sacrificed their lives for their nations Security. His younger brother, Rajesh, however, does not see eye to eye to his brother's point of view. The lure of money and opulence attracts him towards the underworld, who welcome him with open arm's but with an ulterior motive.

Shobha a knife thrower saves young Rajesh from drowning. Ashok marries her for her intrinsic goodness and valves. They opt not to have children of their own so that they may be able to bring up Rajesh with undivided attention.

Rajesh falls in love with Renu a pretty and rich girl. He wants to give her all the luxuries she is used to. Little does he knew that in his quest for wealth he is setting the death trap for his brother.

What is the result of this conflict between Materialism? Patriotism? Good? Greed and contentment? Selfishness and Selflessness? Come and see the outcome on the screen.
